Marie Curies Tournament

Every year, Curie Elementary invites the Midnight Mechanics to be judges at their annual Marie Curie Tournament. This tournament for elementary students teaches young children the fun of STEAM. Groups of 3 to 5 members find an situation in society that can be improved on, and develop an innovative plan to solve the situation. Following our team’s motto of students helping students to encourage the young children to think outside of the box to solve real world problems. Our members are given the role of evaluating each group participating in the competition. Ending with an awards ceremony for each of the groups for an unique aspect of their project.
